A busy night of doing laundry and taking care of Anna.............

This morning, Margaret called Anna's Dr., because Anna has been "throwing up" her formula (the entire bottle) every time we fed her yesterday afternoon/evening (after our Dr. appointment). After talking to the Dr. he told us that it sounded like a case of reflux. So for now, Margaret is feeding Anna 2 ounces of formula every 1/2 hour, up to 6 ounces. So far so good. Margaret has been doing this all day and Anna has not vomited at all. In the beginning Anna wasn't too happy about only getting 2 ounces, but she is doing great on waiting that 1/2 hour for another 2 ounces. During the night Anna woke up for a diaper change and a bottle, but she only got 2 ounces, so after Anna went back to sleep she woke up about an hour later for more. LOL.

As long as Anna continues to show improvement, she will be started on rice cereal along with her formula - a little at a time - to make sure it stays down.

Anna continues to be a great happy baby. It is so cute to watch Anna and Peter talk.

02/06/2008 - got a I-72 form from the U.S. Embassy requesting 2 documents.
02/05/2008 - 2nd DNA Fed Ex - to the lab in the U.S.
02/04/2008 - 2nd DNA Done! yippie!
02/04/2008 - received "orange slip" for 2nd DNA
02/04/2008 - Submitted to the U.S. Embassy
01/31/2008 - Anna's Visa gotten.
01/30/2008 - Anna's New Birth Certificate received.
01/22/2008 - APPROVED - OUT OF PGN!

10/13/2007 - New Measurements taken for Anna - Weight - 10.3 pounds, length - 56 cms, head cir. - 38 cms. In a month she gained 1.3 pounds, and grew 5 cms - Yippie!
10/23/2007 - Our dossier is back in PGN. PGN was closed on Mon. 10/22 for a holiday. Found out from our lawyer when we called him, that he attempted to resubmit our folder on Friday, but they were closed 1/2 day.
10/18/2007 - Anna is 3 months old
10/18/2007 - Our lawyer picked up our folder from PGN, to fix Date. One paper said 2006, where it should have said 2007.

09/29/07 Pre Approval from the US Embassy in Guatemala
09/18/2007 Familiy Court Approval received. Anna is two months old.
09/18/2007 - New Measurements taken for Anna - Weight - 9 pounds, length - 51 cms, head cir. - 36 cms. WOW, in a month she gained 2.8 pounds, and grew 3 cms - Yippie!
09/04/2007 - We are in the Embassy waiting for Pre-Approval. Had to correct the date, because today (9/13) I spoke with the DNA lab and they said the Embassy signed for the DNA results on Sept. 4th. Everyday counts!
09/05/2007 - Lawyer received DNA results, they are good. :)
08/29/2007 - Received 171H form in the Mail, emailed it to our lawyer.
08/24/2007 - DNA completed.
08/23/2007 New Measurements taken on 8/20/07 for Anna - weight 6.8 pounds, length - 48 cms, head cir.34.5 cms.
08/23/2007 - Birthmom interview done, DNA will be done tomorrow - due to weather the Birthmom missed her appointment.
