Well, Delta Arilines, finally wrote us back. Toddi Ford, Claims Manager - requested us to accept his apology for the poor impression we received and give us (Delta) an early opportunity to regain your confidence.
Sorry Toddi - with your reply on how this situation was handled, you will not regain our confidence to fly Delta again. The only way, we will be flying Delta is if it is a HUGE savings - to compensate for the broken stroller and the damage suitcase.
Of course, Delta (Toddi) didn't even mention my new luggage that was damaged by his employees.
So, DELTA GETS TWO BIG THUMBS DOWN! We will not be flying them, unless the fare is sooo sooo cheap, that it will compensate us for the stroller and luggage. And lately, they have been the same price as other arilines, so Adios Delta!
