We called our Lawyer today....

So Margaret decided to call Edwin and talk to him about our case, and to make sure that we were on Barrios's desk (the final sign off to get out of PGN with an approval). Soni helped with translations, just to make sure we understood. Our lawyer confirms that we are on Barrios's desk, but he said he did not hear anything about previos (kick outs). But he feels confident that we will be signed off/approved this week, about the 23rd. He also said that Barrios signs off on resubmits one date at a time. So for example today Barrios signed off on 11/19th resubmits. We were resubmitted on 11/22, so we should be signed off soon. So we are going to be optimistic that we are going to get approved this week! That would be sooo sooo great! Please keep your fingers crossed and your good wishes/prayers coming, so we are approved this week.

On another good note. Margaret ordered baby earrings from the Jade Factory for Anna to wear when she gets her ears pierced, and they were delivered to the Hotel and Laurie signed for them and gave them to Carolina, Anna's foster mom. (thanks Laurie). I was surprise to hear that Carolina came to the hotel to get the baby earrings. Guess she is really excited about getting Anna's ears pierced. We can't wait to see the pictures.
